How to register

At English Academy, we believe that learning English should be convenient, flexible and inspiring – that’s why we offer year-round tuition for all ages and levels.

Our academic year is divided into four semesters:

• Autumn – from September
• Winter – from January
• Spring – from April
• Summer Intensive – from July

In each semester, you can enroll in courses for children, adults, preparation for international certificates and corporate training.

Step 1: Entrance Test

Before enrolling, you need to take an entrance test, which consists of a written and oral part. It helps us determine your exact level and the most suitable course.

You need to pass the test if:

• you are enrolling for the first time
• your previous test was more than 6 months ago
• your last course was more than 6 months ago

You can choose:

• In-person test – at the Academy during registration days and weeks
• Online test – an easy and convenient option from home. After you fill it out, we will contact you for the oral part

Step 2: Choosing a group and form of study

After the test, our team will help you choose a group according to your schedule and goals. You will receive information about the exact days, hours and start date of the course.

You can choose between:

• Annual form – includes 3 semesters (Fall, Winter and Spring) with a 20% discount on the full fee
• Semester form – for 1 semester, with a 10% discount for loyal students (if you have already been our student)

The program for each semester is published on our website about a month before its start.

Step 3: Fees

The course fee is paid before the start of the course. We offer various discounts and the possibility of installment payments.

Discounts:

• 10% for all former course participants
• 10% for family members enrolled together
• 10% for a children's course if the parent studied with us
• 20% for an annual form of study
• 20% for a conversation course if you are enrolled in a regular program

Step 4: Start of the course

The course begins according to a previously announced schedule, which does not change during the semester.

At the first lesson, you will be directed to the classroom by one of our employees.

You need to bring:

• Notebook
• Pen

From us you will receive:

• Academy folder
• Original textbook
• All additional materials – free of charge

Step 5: Continuing your studies

If you wish to continue your studies, you can reserve a place for the next level before the end of the current semester. There is no need to retake the test if you have not missed more than one semester.

Individual courses

We also offer individual training, which is not tied to the academic calendar. You can start at any time, after an entrance test and coordinating a schedule with a teacher.

• They are held on weekdays between 10:30 and 17:00
• The hours change flexibly according to your busy schedule
• The entrance test is held by prior arrangement
