Registration for Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE)

You can register for the Cambridge C1 Advanced exam at English Academy, whether or not you attend a preparation course with us.

At English Academy Varna, you can register for the following Cambridge C1 Advanced exam sessions in Varna in 2026:

Places for each exam session are limited. We recommend registering before the stated deadline.

How to Register

1. Choose an Exam Date - Select a suitable exam session and check the corresponding registration deadline.

2. Contact English Academy - Contact us to confirm that places are still available and to receive the latest information about the exam fee and the documents required.

3. Pay the Exam Fee - The fee can be paid by bank transfer only:

Payment reference: "the candidate’s full name and the selected exam date, CAE, English Academy"

English Academy students receive a discount on the Cambridge exam fees. Please check the current discounted fee with English Academy reception before making payment to the British Council as the British council are unable to refund the difference if you pay the external student price.

4. Submit the Required Documents

• a valid identity card or passport;
• proof of payment;
• a completed registration form, available at English Academy;

5. Receive Confirmation - Once your registration has been completed successfully, you will receive confirmation and further information about the exam venue, date and time.

Important Information

• Registration is complete only after all required documents and the exam fee have been received.
• The exam fee does not include a preparation course.
• The Speaking test may be scheduled on a different date from the written exam.
• Candidates must present a valid identity document on the day of the exam.
• The conditions governing changes, cancellations and fee refunds are determined by the British Council Bulgaria.
• All candidates will receive additional instructions before the exam date.

Candidates who register through English Academy can collect their certificates from us once they are available.
