How To Register Your Child

We offer year round English training at English Academy. Our academic calendar is divided into 4 semesters and students can join a group at any one of these times: Autumn term (from September), Winter term (from January), Spring (from April) and Summer intensive term (from July), each of which includes all levels for children.
Students are required to take a free placement test to determine your level of language proficiency. Placement tests and registration are usually held a week before the beginning of each semester.

How to enroll your child in English Academy?

At English Academy, we offer year-round English language training for children, tailored to their needs and abilities. Our school year is divided into four semesters:

• Autumn – starts in September
• Winter – starts in January
• Spring – starts in April
• Summer Intensive – starts in July

Your child can join at the start of any of these terms after determining the appropriate level through an entrance test. For children or adults without any level of English – just contact us and we will help you choose the most suitable starting group.

Step 1: Entrance Test

The first step to enrollment is the entrance test. It helps us determine the exact level of language proficiency in order to offer the most suitable group for your child.

The test includes a written and oral part, tailored to the child’s age and skills.

When is the test taken?

• If your child is enrolling with us for the first time
• If it has been more than 6 months since the last course
• If a level was taken more than 6 months ago

How is it conducted?

• At a time convenient for you at the Academy
• Or online – after completing the written test, we will arrange an appointment for the oral part

If your child has no previous experience with English, they do not need to take a test – just contact us!

Step 2: Choose a group and form of training

The test will help us recommend the most suitable course for your level. An Academy employee will help you choose a group at a time convenient for you from our program, will provide you with information about the days and hours of the course

You can choose between:

Annual form

• Starts in September
• Covers 3 semesters (Fall, Winter and Spring)
• 20% discount on the full fee

Semester form

• For one semester only
• 10% discount for loyal customers (if the child was our student)

We publish the course program about a month before the start of each semester on our website.

Step 3: Pay the fee

Before the start of the course, it is necessary to pay the fee. We offer several discounts and installment payment options:

Discounts:

• 20% for annual tuition
• 10% for loyal customers
• 10% when enrolling more than one child from one family
• 10% when enrolling a child for the first time, if the parent is our former student

Installment payment:

• Semester tuition: 70% before the start, 30% up to 4 weeks after the start
• Annual tuition: 50% before the fall semester, 30% before the winter semester, 20% before the spring semester

Step 4: Academy Rules

In order to create a calm and productive learning environment, we have several basic rules. You will receive them upon enrollment.

Important:

If your child goes home alone after classes, you will need to fill out a declaration for independent leaving the building.

Step 5: Start of training

On the first day of school, teachers will welcome the children and take them to the classrooms.

What should children bring:

• Notebook
• Pen

From us they will receive:

• Backpack and folder
• Original textbook and study materials – completely free
• For the youngest, we provide colored pencils, glue, scissors, paper, etc.

Step 6: Continuing education

At the end of each course, the child receives an individual recommendation from their teacher. If you wish to continue their studies, they do not need to take the test again, unless they have missed more than one semester.

Individual children's courses

We also offer individual tuition, which can start at any time. It is not tied to our academic calendar.

Classes are held on weekdays between 10:00 and 17:00, and the schedule is coordinated between the teacher and the student
